List all your USB devices that are connected to your system.

Back is:
G502 Mouse
G910 KB
WD MyBook
AT2020USB+ Microphone
Front:
USB Card Reader
Xbox one controller wireless dongle
Ipod Touch
these are all of them on back 4 usb blue 3.0 and front 4 USB Slots
sorry about the late reply! LOL!

I figured out what My Problem with this was something to do with my bios and the xhci mode in bios it was set at Smart Auto, so I changed it to auto and that didn't work, so I then turned it down another notch to just be at enabled and that worked and have not had a problems since knock on wood!

Well that didn't fix my issue and now when it happens It seems my keyboard, mouse, and xbox one controller are the only things effected from what I can tell and none of them will turn back on and if I plug my keyboard and mouse into the 3.1 USB RED Ports they start workind and will not work in any of the USB 3.0 slots on front or back, Until I restart my Computer and then they work and I also noticed that My Xbox One controller I received with my oculus rift stops working too but these are the only devices that disconnect and stop working until I plug them into the USB 3.1 ports and then they work fine and also if instead of doing that I restart the computer they will start working fine again!

This is one of the errors I get in event viewer:

I have been having similar issue though not as much as you seem to have. I've also tried a bunch of stuff with no fix so far. I'm beginning to think the OC panel is the cause of my issues. Do you have the OC panel installed?

No I don't and now I have also tried reinstalling windows 10, Uninstalling and Reinstalling Drivers, Using a Powered USB 3.0 Hub, Updating Drivers, Flashing BIOS, Disabling and Reenabling devices and Unplugging devices, changing ports and it still does it but now it won't even let me use any of the USB 3.0 Blue Ports through the back or the headers as soon as I transfer files all devices plugged into the USB 3.0 Ports they stop working! I feel like I am going crazy!

I am having the same issue, where the top row of USB ports (3.0) just stop working randomly and requiring a reboot to fix. I've also tried different ports, powered hubs, etc. The 3.1 and 2.0 ports don't seem to be affected. Tried different drivers, updated bios, etc. as well. Can't seem to figure it out.

The RVE has always been known for USB issues, what PCI-e Slots are you using if 4x slot? you can try updating your C-media drivers as most of the rear ports are C-Media.
