hello I have a PC with a simple rampage 5 extreme card. Since yesterday during startup I have no video, no mouse, no keyboard, and the CPU_led flashes approximately every 5 seconds. No error on the q code and all the fans connected to the single card do not rotate. I tried clear cmos changing bios and no improvement. Is this a CPU or simple card problem?.
