Try one stick at a time is my advice. See if it is a faulty mem stick.
Also you can do a MemCheck (see user manual for how) to ensure your memory is being seen.
If you get the same code without RAM then it is logical that your RAM isn't being seen, which is why I suggested one stick at a time to see if it is dead ram or possibly a dead slot.
