my 5960X runs prime stable at 4.5/4.2 GHZ (1.3V). I only used multiplicator. BCLK is at 100 MHZ. Spread Spectrum is off All power saving fuctions are deactivated in UEFI. But when i activate Intel-VT in UEFI, my BCLK goes down to 96-98 MHZ, so my CPU runs only with around 4450 MHZ. This disturbs me a. Is this normal? What can I do to prevent this?
