how can i go to a earlier version of bios ?

I have bios version 3402 but im having some trouble and i want to see if going back to 3301 will fix it any idea of how to do this the proper way?

There are many ways to flash back previous version
as Arne Saknussemm provides it but, it is recommended keep updating with in newer versions to fix some issues or optimization performance
