All the connectors are connected to board? 24 pin 8 and 4 pin? Is it over clocked? If so set to load optimized settings in bios and restart. What bios are you currently on?

Are you running the latest BIOS? If not, download it and extract the file to a freshly FAT32 formatted USB pendrive. Go into the BIOS and navigate to the EZ Flash Utility to flash your BIOS. The system will restart in the process. Use your system at stock defaults for a while and see if your problem still persists.

Clear your CMOS using the button at the back of the motherboard. Do not make any changes in the BIOS. Use your system like that. Report back if you still get those random restarts.

I specifically told you to not make any changes in the BIOS after clearing your CMOS. What we want to do is test the system at stock defaults.
