The boot process never gets past q-code 61 irrespective of the USB port used by the controller.
(update) I also plugged the controller in a mate's Rampage V Extreme 10 mobo. Same thing. However, it's an OS problem though. The boot process manages to get past q-code 61 when the controller is disabled in Device Manager.
