Ensure to install MEI driver before using asus 5-way optimization

After installing Ai Suite III i keep getting this error: "Ensure to install MEI driver before using asus 5-way optimization"
But i did install MEI driver i got from Rampage V Extreme driver dowload page. Actually i have all updated drivers installed and BIOS up to date.
I tried with MEI driver downloaded from Intel page, which is even newer but i didnt help.
I also tried installing Ai Suite III again but still didnt work, the message appears every time i log into Windows 10.
Any suggestion?

I just firgured out the culprit that was making Intel Management Engine Interface driver not working: VT (Virtualization Technology)
This is because i set in BIOS settings "Advanced" > "CPU Configuration" > "Intel Virtualization Technology" value to "Enabled"
I just had to run cmd as administrator and give the command:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

After reboot no more warning message.
