Hello guys!

I'm still tinkering with my overclock, and did some Aida64 stability test, I don't use any LLC it's just on Auto for now.
I really don't know if this looks great but the temps are jumping around like crazy. is it normal or should i adjust something?

Looking at your last screenshot, your temperatures look fine to me.

Thx Chino , it's just that the temps don't hold a stable line. it's jumping around from 60 in 1 sec to 65 the other. atleast the biggest jumper is the Cpu package. it doesn't hold a steady temp line. I'm using adaptive Vcore @ 1.91 , but it jumps up to 1.216 sometimes.

CPU current and Power is also jumping around but i guess thats normal?

It's normal to see temperatures fluctuate since CPU load also fluctuates. Unless you're running a stress test that constantly puts a 100% load on your CPU and using a constant cooling profile, you will see some changes in temperature.
