CPU input level - overclocking question

I am trying to understand cpu input voltage settings.

If I am setting to 4.5 GHz and vCore to 1.3 what should I set the cpu input voltage too? It is now set at 1.80 volts and the guide states to set it to 0,4 v above the vCore setting.

Are you stable? If so, leave it where it is. If not, raising that might help. I'd keep it no higher than 1.9v if your LLC is auto or level 9, or max 1.95v if your LLC is at a lower setting. But again, only raise it if you're not stable where you're at.

If you're stable and asking if you should lower it, I wouldn't. Just leave it on auto.
