Clock_watchdog_timeout bsod ?

Any one know what this is related to when overclocking some bios settings or some thing?

in most cases it's Input voltage in some cases vcore - about 90% Input / 10% vcore
also have an eye on LLC

I got when running 4.6Ghz OC on 1.3v LLC6 1.93v INPUT so ill drop it back down to 4.5Ghz.
