I fix it I had to look through my old forum post which I posted and I had select Mode 3 in my DRAM setting to get XMP to post

whats your ram part number?
Is it all one kit or split
is it on the QVL list?
Im guessing not seeing how theres not a single Cas14 kit on the list at any speed.

It's on the QVL List I just had to enable the Mode 3 in DRAM timing
