Can I run a RGB splitter off of the mobo (strix x99)?

Hello!

Anyone know if I can run a splitter off of the RGB header on my strix x99?

I was looking at this one:

https://www.amazon.com/TronicsPros-Splitter-Connector-Strips-12inch/dp/B01MSIH6L9

I'm already running 3 led strips off of it, but I plan to purchase two phanteks waterblocks that have asus aura compatible leds, and I can't think of a way of adding both to my rgb loop without splitting at the mobo header. Will it provide enough power? Will it even work? Thanks!

Not sure what it says in the Strix manual but for the Rampage V E10 it says maximum of 2A or 2 Meters. From what I looked up on the Phanteks website each 400mm is 0.42A. If you already have 3 strips running off it adding some water blocks might be pushing it. *
