Bluetooth not working on Rampage V Edition 10

I've tried updating the driver software, installing and reinstalling:

Bluetooth Driver Package V12.0.1.650 (DriverVersion 12.0.1.653) for Windows 10 64bit.(WHQL)

to no avail. The strange thing is that the Bluetooth can sometimes detect a device, but it pops up as Unknown and is unable to ever pair with the device.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem, or have any suggested fixes?

No issues with new BIOS so far. Bluetooth still not working.

this is so bad!
i have logitech mx master mouse with usb dongle when copy file to flash disk mouse hang and dont work smoothly and Bluetooth install but cant find any device!

You do have the wifi antenna connected to the board right? I don't use wifi so I never plugged it in, but after finding out that my bluetooth wasn't working, I plugged in the antenna and it works fine.

Your rampage v10 bluetooth work fine?find bluetooth device and connect to them?i plugged my wifi antenna.wich driver version and windows you have install?

Yes, my bluetooth works fine. I use it quite often to connect my PS4 controller. I'm on windows 10 x64 Pro with all latest updates. And I'm using the drivers directly from the RVE10 Support page on the site.

you use onboard blutooth on rampage v10 or USB-BT400 ?

Onboard bluetooth. I don't own any bluetooth dongles..

Also works with the older drivers as well.
