BIOS showing weird ratios.

When I go into the BIOS, my ratio doesn't match anything over 42. For example, if I set my ratio to 42 then my cpu shows 4200 in BIOS. No big deal there. But as soon as I go higher, my clocks do weird things. at 45 ratio, BIOS still shows 4200. But in CPUz it shows 4500. I then tried to do 46 ratio, and bios boots showing at 4000. But again, CPUz shows 4600. By the way I am on 1401 BIOS. I'm very confused on this matter, and any help is appreciated.

Not sure where you are looking at but as long as the Target CPU Turbo-Mode Frequency matches the frequency you set it to, everything is fine.
