Bios 1302 issue on R5E

Hey all updated my R5E to bios 1302 tonight,when my pc rebooted i got Qcode 00 and pc would not boot.
Reflashed bios to 0503,0603,0706,08002,1001,1103,1201 and i got the same Qcode 00.
Switched to bios 2 with 802 and all worked fine,copied bios 2 to bios 1 reboot and stuck on Qcode 00.
How do i fix bios 1 or has bios 1302 stuffed it.
Should i RMA this board or am i stuck with just one working bios.?
Please help thx in advance.

Did you try a hard CMOS reset by using the CMOS reset on the back panel? (Do this while BIOS 1 is selected)
Also, did you try a full power cycle by disconnecting the power cord (and waiting about 20 seconds) after your BIOS update? I had a strange thing with 1302 getting stuck during POST until I pulled the plug.

Hey Jonstatt just tried both of what you suggested and now it stays on Qcode 00,
and pc now turns on and off every 3 seconds in a loop?
my raid breaks when i boot back into second bios 0802 aswell.
never had an issue with this board till i just updated to 1302.

The PC turning on and off every 3 seconds can be due to USB issues. I have experienced this one as well. While it doesn't sound good at all....let's strip back to basics here and disconnect all USB devices except a keyboard. Power off by pulling the cord, waiting 20 seconds, and then try once more.

I can't see why the RAID would have broken though via the second BIOS, that makes no sense at all.

I think i am having the same USB issue sometimes when i started my pc i get 00 code and mobo power cycle itself until i press start button for 5 secs.Any fix?

Which method did you use to update to the 1302 BIOS the first time? Also please explain in detail how downgraded the BIOS.

Hi Chino
I first updated from 0802 to 1302 using easy flash in the bios.
When i got the Qcode 00 on bios 1 i booted to bios 2 and copied bios 2 0802 back to bios 1,
it seem like it copied over then when i rebooted from bios 1 it still stayed on Qcode 00.
Next i shut down pc reset cmos and pulled battery out for 10mins pulled power cord.
Next i put battery back in conected power cord put usb in port with 0802 reflashed using usb,
bios flash method seemed like the bios copied over fine.
rebooted pc and got Qcode 00 again, motherboard lights up all fans spin up but no bios beeps.
Switched to bios 2 started pc whent into bios tools forced bios 1 to boot,pc restarts motherboard lights up
and shows Qcode 00 no bios beeps.
Have tried flashing a heap of bioses using the usb flash but nothing changes always get Qcode 00.
plz note everytime i boot from bios 1 then back to bios 2 it breaks the raid,then i have to rebuild it each time.
