Through searching there are a lot of opinions. What is the most popular OC stability testing software out there for cpu and memory both that won't damage my system?

I tested previous generations Intel i7-3770K, Core2Duo, AMD Phenom II,... with Prime95, Links and Intel Burn Test.
Later after Haswell i7-4770K is launched experts from motherboard companies
and from Intel didn't recommend any more them for new generations.

As I hear Intel XTU, AIDA64, Real Bench last version could find unstable
processor and people use them special for models with thermal paste under IHS.
Example I never use OCCT and Furmark...

With never processors it's best if people use newer version and newer programs, not some few years old version.

I tried out Aida64 Extreme and let it run for over 3 hrs with no issues. It's seems like a good comprehensive program with a lot of options.

Hey,

Indeed, i ended up buying the damn program to support them. The trial version has been so useful for me. And 50$ isn't a big deal for such a good program.
