5960x and memory XMP questions

Finally got my system up and running. Using a set of ripjaw 32gb 2100mhz memory and successfully passed real bench at 1.26vcore @4.5. Now i need to apply xmp but dont see that setting anywhere?Also running 1302 bios, should i update?
