Rampage 3.1 drivers

Just got my replacement MB back. Last one died.Now i have the U/3.1.Do i stick with Bios and drivers of the 3.1 or drivers and bios 2001 of the older Rampage version?And have any one also not showing the GPU in the bios?I have a 980 Matrix.
