Hi all,

I'm struggling with a GPU workstation for a customer.

Setup:
Supermicro Tower / 4U chassis
Asus X99-E-10G WS (latest FW 0603)
6900K
Kingston hyperx HX430C15PB3K4/64
2x Samsung PM863a 240GB 2.5" SATA-3 Enterprise Class SSD
4X HGST Ultrastar 7K6000 HUS726040ALA610 4 TB 3.5"
All on controller 1
1x TOSHIBA OCZ RD400 1 TB Internal Solid State Drive - PCI Express - 2.54 GB/s Maximum Read Transfer Rate - 1.51 GB/s Maximum Write Transfer Rate - M.2 2280

Windows 10 pro as testOS.

After 2 reboots, the toshiba M2 suddenly disappears from the boot order. I need to cold boot the server or clear CMOS to get the M2 storage back online.
Any idea what can cause this problem? compatibility issue maybe?
