I could use some help here.
Just got new router, was able to setup ton of things including link aggregation (port 1-2 connected to my switch which supports LACP).
Now I have an synology NAS on that switch also with LACP at 4 ports, 2 for router and then 3 computers standard wired gigabit network.
Now when trasnfering files over wired netwrok I'm having steady 100-120 MB/sec transfers at 1Gbps conection.
Now coming finaly to the issue.
On my asus rampage V extreme there is wireless adapter 3T3R 802.11ac Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Supports dual band frequency 2.4/5 GHz, Up to 1300Mbps transfer speed)
I can connect to router and it shows nicely 1.3Gbps
But transferring files from my storage drops down at rate of 8 MB/sec.
Not really usable at all.
So am I under wrong impression that I should be able to achieve wired 1Gbps speeds over wifi if not more or?
Also there is absolutely nothing in between computer wireless antenna and router, they are rather close to each other.
Any ideas?
