The Usb ports don't work during POST, but always after resuming of sleep mode and rebooting from Windows 7x64 or Linux
Mint 17.2 Cinnamon. Later, when the O.S. is loaded, the ports work fine again until the next POST, during the reboot, when fail
again. This occurs until the system is powered off.
If the mouse and keyboard are plugged into a USB port (2.0 or 3.0) then the message "No Keyboard Detected" is shown during
POST when this issue occurs.
I've updated from 1701 to 1801 BIOS and is even worse, the OC Panel shows an USB error and system hangs there.
