5960x speed keep changing in bios.. which setting in bios should i disable

Hi for all expert here... from what i read on website there is intel speedstep and intel c1e setting shoul we disable on bios to make out procesor speed keep running on it speed that we set on bios.. i cant find any speedstep and c1e setting on my RVE bios... i'm using 1401 bios and i already set my windows power option to high performance, and already set minimun power state and maximum power state 100% on my windows 764bit.. need your guidance.. thanks

There is no need to disable Speed Step settings for normal use.
