5960x Idle Temperature Very High @Stock

Hello guys, I have a "little" problem with the temperature on my 5960x.
My CPU is not overclocked and usually the temperature displayed on AIDA64 was between 26 ° & 30 ° @Idle.
But the last weeks, my 5960x temperature has increased suddenly. AIDIA64 displays about 50-55 ° on CPU, and 60 °-70 ° on CPU package

I can't find where the problem comes. I changed the thermal paste with the MX-2, but it has not solved anything.
I have a Corsair H110i GT, he seems to function normally, is it possible that the problem comes from the H110i (damaged radiator?)

Thank you

Yeah definitely something wrong there....cooler failed.

Is it making a noise or is one of the tubes from the CPU block warm to the touch? Be careful...just in case it has leaked...look for white deposit or green liquid...

So I checked today if there was a leak or deposits and I saw nothing and I don't heard any noise, everything seems to function normally.

However, I just check the tubes as you told me and I actually feel that one of the two tubes is hot and the other not.

Besides, I'm remembering that there are about 2 weeks, I had a clean my computer and I removed the radiator. Perhaps I pierced the radiator by screwing... but the screws are small and it's those that had been included with the kit.

You think my cooler is dead ?

This probably means the pump is not working....check power to pump....

don't run PC for long troubleshooting this....no cooling is obviously not good for CPU

I have the impression that the pump works.

I can handle the pump on the Corsair Link application. There are 2 speed modes for the pump and if I set on the high speed, temperature drops slightly, so this means that it works ?

If I touch the tubes, the liquid seems to move in but I'm not 100% sure because of fans vibration

If liquid in out tube is warm or hot to touch it means it is rising by convection...not pump....your cpu temps say the same....no flow in cooling loop

Is pump giving rpm reading?...though maybe shaft is turning snd impellar not...etc

Ah ok. Yes on the app there is pump rpm which turn about 3100rpm (high speed mode)
Well, I think I will change my cooling system, It will be more easier to solve the problem.

Good idea to just change out the cooler as something is not working correctly, keep the fans and screws, etc as spares and throw it out, unless you want to RMA it

This is what I did I threw it out the window...
This is a joke [emoji6], I sent it to RMA BUT I changed cooling because I needed my computer.
I bought an EKWB Predator 360 and it is much quieter.
I'll sell my H110i GT when he returns from RMA.

Thanks for your help
