with pbo under 100% load 85-95c, stock about 80. Haven't ran a full cinneabench run yet but I will tonight and update you

I am assuming your temps are fine relatively? Maybe reseat the cpu I had some weird booting stuff until I reseated the CPU

Hmm interesting. I am on the newest bios and firmware not sure if that affects it 

I called ASUS and they did show me how to enable PBO "Precision Boost Overdrive". You just set it to enabled and now my CPU is hitting 250w
