Have you gone back to your retailer? In my case, Australia here as well, I have gone back to my retailer to get it pushed for RMA or refund under ACL. Once you mentioned ACL, your retailer should be able to expediate the process. Asus AU ended up ref...
Looks like my hunch is right, just got the mobo back and tested it, after they "resolved" it by upating to the latest BIOS, still the same issues. Really need to get it to their head to get this fixed.
Interestingly, my retail shop told me that the motherboard issues has been resolved via BIOS update, will wait and see when it comes back to test out if its true, which I highly doubt it.
I believe this is a hardware level issues, not to do with BIOS if you have to skim through this thread you will note that after many BIOS update iterations, nothing has been resolved, hence why RMA is required and people has been reporting back it ha...
