Latest firmware has the ability to change HDR mode on freesync premium pro. Excellent!

None of that means anything to me. YMMV but I see no point in switching HDR on and off with the PG32.

You are supposed to have HDR enabled all the time, though. Windows will render the desktop and non-HDR apps in SDR. There should be no need to disable and enable HDR manually.

The brightness in affected scenes is a lot lower. Its bad. Hence the whole purpose of this thread.

Its a beta firmware, relax. And to your point, at least you CAN choose the mode. On AMD there are no modes, what you see is what you get. And with 103, the full-screen brightness is atrocious.
