I am experiencing issue where the boardband speed is limited to 100mbps for Windows 10 64-bit.Currently using Asus Rampage V Extreme, running on CAT 7 cable.

I have just fixed up my rig but it just won't boot from the DVD.Even when I press F8 and select the disk drive, it just won't boot.
