Hey, guys, first time I've ever asked for assistance from a forum, but I'm stumped. I just bought a new case, motherboard, processor and RAM and I'm having an issue with my CPU clock speed not increasing under load.My clock speed idles around 1400MHz...

Gonna run out and buy a new PSU to test out. Hopefully that does the trick.

Nope, still 1400. Only difference I noticed was a 10 degree increase in CPU temp listed in Core Temp app.

Tried your suggestions, chrs, but the other option for Manual Mode for CPU/NB Voltage is Offset Mode. I've added a screen shot of the change to the previous imgur folder. No luck, still. Could it be a bad processor or motherboard? Mean also mentioned...
