Scar 18 (2024): Micro-stutters on "Performance" and "Turbo" but not on "Silent". Thermal-throttling?

Games feel way smoother on "Silent" mode despite lower frame rate because it seems that somethign is creating micro-stutters (probably bad framtime) on "Performance" and "Turbo". I beleive it could be thermalthrottling from overvoltage?

My Naga Hyperspeed V2 (ubs) makes crazy coilwine in my Strix 16 (2023).

It seems other mouses or even this one but in bluetooth is fine. That said, Ive tried the mouse in another laptop via USB and no coilwhine.Also the laptop by itself is always noisy like if theres an HDD always working inside (which seems to happen to...
