Thank you for the assist! I got so swept up in swapping HDMI cords and Display port cords, I never thought of the USBC cable as the issue, as it was a 100w power delivery capable cable.
If I never connected my Chromebook, I may have never resolved it...
I FOUND THE PROBLEM.
One of the USB-C cables I was using did not support video transfer. A Chromebook I had detected that was the problem. I will try to illustrate it below for anyone it may help. My setup is below.
