Hello. Sadly I don't know. I got frustrated and sent the device back. $1,600.00 dollars is a lot to have to fix a new system. I mean this sort of thing happens. But I felt as if for that kind of money, it should not have issues nor need a workaround...
I am having the same issue. Bought new, Z13 i9. Mouse keeps jumping, resetting focus and clicking random stuff. Fully updated. System was restored/reloaded once.Any forward movement on this? I can still send my system back, I think.
