If that is happening either the settings to turn off those lights are enabled OR you are not getting any connection from your ISP. Have you tried a different cable?

hi marcel, do you have a legit link to driver 9.1.412.2015? I found this driver from my event logs which is the original driver from when I first installed my board. This is the driver that allowed me to use full speeds. Let me know. thanks.
