Does anyone has system latency problems on the newest z790 BIOS 3001?

MSI boards were already updated a month ago, update included:- Update CPU Microcode 0x12C- Update Intel ME firmware 16.1.35.2557

Did anyone tried already the new BIOS 2801?Does the "Disable C1E state" setting really work?I saw some mixed feedback on overclockers forums.
