Will Asus release BIOS or standalone update for Intel ME firmware v16.1.38.2676?

I see MSI released this update 5 weeks ago for their z790 boards.Could Asus update Intel ME firmware to version 16.1.38.2676  as well?  

Does anyone has system latency problems on the newest z790 BIOS 3001?

MSI boards were already updated a month ago, update included:- Update CPU Microcode 0x12C- Update Intel ME firmware 16.1.35.2557
