I managed to reseat my GPU and disable D.O.C.P. in BIOS. I haven't managed to reproduce the problem since. I'll keep you updated if the blinking light comes back.

I replicated the problem while going into the MAP in Cyberpunk 2077. The power from both my pins took a dip along with the PCIe power slot. Not sure if this is tripping the light but I only managed to hit 87.8% TDP on my Strix 3070 OC before the ligh...
