I did check about updates, as I said, I've tried to installl/reinstall Armoury Crate couple of times, updating windows, reseting bios and windows, installing all drivers manully for model GU604VY - no success, Anime Matrix is not available in Armoury...

I've double checked model version on the box under serial number: its also GU604VY-NM080X If I search by serial number (https://www.asus.com/support/Download-Center/) it shows only this: GU604VY

Model version GU604VY-NM080X was provided by online store where I bought the laptop.If I open MyASUS I see only this: GU604VY.312I can provide serial number if needed and its secure to do this.
