Did not helped, I had to rollback to Windows 11 version and install everything again. Now it works..

Update:I reinstalled the Thunderbolt drivers and restarted the PC with the webcams unplugged and then plugged them back in. They appear now under their name in the Device Manager, but they appear disabled, I click enable but nothing happens. 
