Slightly loosen timings, but more stable this time.I changed my AIO from a 3-year-old VK C480 to a new CPC DT360.IOD hotspot dropped from over 60 degrees to 40-50s.

Try manually setting VDDG IOD/CCD to 1.0V to see if that makes a difference.

+0.01v extra VDDP for cold boot&mem training. Now it can be used daily.
