So the problem was one of my 4090 ******ed up. I changed a new one today and both of them work fine now!! Thanks guys

Thanks for the quick response ! As I got a dual 4090, after I removed one of it then I successfully to get into window. Now I’m testing which one was ******ed up 

I’m having a same problem right now! Did you solve the problem? I’m currently working on a project using this Pc and I can’t even get into the BIOS and window ! Help please
