Why my Asus PRIME Z790M-PLUS doesn't see the Netac NV7000 ??

The system is running Windows 11 Pro andI tried all I could but it's not seen on the BIOS nor with Windows.I went form slot 1 to 3 and nothing happens !Really frustrating ...Can someone help ?
