Hi everyone. It's almost more than a month since the last time I used my wireless headset. I still can't get it to update its firmware to 0.0.0.16. just wondering if anyone here got their device work? appreciate your response.
Hi @Nate152, I also get the same error. my computer runs windows 11. tried several times, wiress dongle and cable connected to my computer but still not working. any advise?
