Just had my second ally back after 2 devices and 2 fried SD card. MB was replaced. Guess what, 4 weeks later, an other fried SD card and a broken reader. Asus should be accountable for this, who the heck is paying my SD cards. I really hope this time...
Couldn't agree more here. The device shouldn't have shipped in this state at all. Plus that the whole RMA team isn't aware in all countries plus a lengthy wait time. I've should had sticked to my steam deck.
Seems likely. This is the usual behaviour that happens when it breaks. I think the temps get to high at the reader even without an sd card. Don't understand why they constructed it this way.
