After downloading MyAsus app from Microsoft store, my laptop turns down the refresh rate to 60Hz and turns off keyboard backlight right after I unplug my laptop.

I recently got a new laptop (FX516PC) and I'm worried about leaving it plugged it when I'm gaming. Will it degrade battery and its capacity if I leave it plugged in after it has fully charged? Thanks for your answers

I forgot to say that when I plug it back in, it goes back to normal

My model number is FX516PC, I checked BIOS and it was like that: BIOS version: 330 GOP version: 17.0.1045 EC version: FG060F0C.309 And sometimes when I plug it out, keyboard backlight doesn't change but refresh rate always goes down

Turns out it was because of Windows Update, I messed up with permissions of wuaserv and UsoSvc in Registry and changed Start value to 2. Now everything's working as it should. Thanks!

I checked the packaging and it says it came without an OS, my dad's friend made a fresh Windows 11 installation and nothing else. I may try resetting OS later today, any other recommendations?
