as it says if i swap from optimus to discrete gpu then brightness on the display increases to even higher than what I can set normally.was wondering if I could enable this somehow in optimus mode

if you manually overclock the ram with universal amd form browser you can force it to use faster speeds.
im currently using A grade hynix ram thats 5600mhz stock at 6ghz oc
but yeah if you dont need that ...
