I was using the Intel Default Settings (Extreme) on BIOS 2402 didn't have any issues.Isn't the ASUS Advanced OC Profile going to overclock the CPU by removing all power limits?
I've checked and it's on Intel Default Default Settings (Extreme) with PL1/PL2 set at 253W and 400A after the BIOS update. The same issue exists with both XMP disabled and enabled.

In previous bios update 2402, some of the P cores can reach 5.8 GHz. The P and E cores now have the same max frequency of 4.8GHz. My P cores can no longer even reach 5 GHz.
I'm using the default bios setting...
