Spoke with an customer service rep to initiate a replacement via their chat support. They mentioned that the new replacement b550i boards have updated traces that resolve this issue. Has anyone else heard this?
I'd be more than happy to be the guinea pig. All I'm asking is for them to send me a working mobo to use while mine is being repaired. If they really have a fix then they should be able to accomodate this.
They are asking to send the board in for repair. Meaning anyone who goes through this route will have to tear down their whole build and buy another board to use their pcs anyways. what a load of doo doo.
Same issue here. Tried upgrading to a 4000 series card on the Asus ROG Strix b550i. Constant system freezes and reboots. Ended up buying a second hand 3060ti which works perfectly on the board. PLEASE help us with a working bios update.
