Not sure what Asus was thinking but it's straight up malware behavior to have a fullscreen popup on boot. With the amount of problems their flagship device has, AND this malware behavior, this is the final Asus device I'm purchasing. I'm fed up.
You are trying to find a software solution to a hardware problem. Yes, the device is supposed to run hot by design, but it's definitely not supposed to be hitting 92 watching videos unless you've tinkered with the fans but kept power limits high.

The device has updated itself to bios 331. Weirdly enough, not via MyAsus or whatever, but Windows update ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. - Firmware - 10.1.2.331.
I would sincerely suggest you to RMA the laptop and avoid getting a replacement from Asus at all. This is probably the most buggy device out there in the market, I don't even think this needs any additional explanation due to how large this forum top...
It seems like GPU fan going crazy has been fixed by removing GPU fan connector, cleaning it with alcohol, and reconnecting it back. Will report if the issue comes back again.
