My problem was fixed. While connecting my mouse to a power adapter (not a computer), I long held the right and left click and the leds went off. Then when I plugged it into my computer, it went to sleep mode.
I followed the instructions. Before connecting the mouse to the cable, I held down the right and left buttons and connected the mouse. The rainbow colors continued. I didn't take my hand away from the buttons
RGB lights keep flashing. It never goes out. The RGB lights continue to turn on whether I charge it or not. Previously, when the charge dropped below 25, RGB would glow red, but it is not like that anymore.
