Well probably try speaker to normal instead of AI Noise cancelling output , maybe that got set as default and as its not working due to bug via update, no soung is coming. Thats one possibility.
Yes, i did try apparently it doesnt have AI-noise cancelling software included so in the end it downloads from the internet and latest one gets installed and it doesnt work.
